Sheila Wilkins, M.A., M.F.A., CPT,
principal of The Wilkins Group, has over 20 years' experience
helping organizations improve workplace productivity. A
human resources development expert, she specializes in working
with companies to help employees develop individual and
group skills and get the information they need to quickly
and efficiently achieve business goals.
Ms.
Wilkins has extensive experience with multinational companies,
helping culturally diverse teams understand basic business
practices, and recognize and develop strengths that will
allow them to succeed in a fast changing environment.
Ms.
Wilkins is a former adjunct professor for the EMBA program
at Golden Gate University in Walnut Creek, California. She
has served as co-chair of the Contra Costa Council's Small
Business Task Force and received its Outstanding Task Force
Chair award. She is currently an Arts Commissioner for the
City of Walnut Creek, California and is active in the International
Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).
In addition to a graduate degree in Educational
Administration, Ms. Wilkins holds certificates in Human
Resource Management and Training
and Human Resource Development. She holds a Myers
Briggs Inventory Type certification, a Woman Business Enterprise
certification and is a Certified Performance Technologist
(CPT). She is listed in several editions of Who's Who of
American Women and the International Who's Who of Professionals.
